Ton Koopman Academy

September 2018, the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague

Application deadline 1 March

The Royal Conservatoire in The Hague is excited to announce a new Honours’ Master of Music Programme in the field of early music : The Ton Koopman Academy.

The artistic and scientific concept for this unique study programme will be led by the well-known Dutch harpsichordist, organist and conductor Ton Koopman. The programme aims at developing the artistic and academic knowledge and skills of early music performer-researchers at the highest level in an international context.

The Academy is aimed at performer-researchers at an advanced level, who are in the possession of a Bachelor of Music degree and/or (preferably) a Master of Music degree in early music, and who demonstrate a strong interest in research. It is of course important for the success of the programme that enough suitable candidates apply. Would you be willing to forward the news to potential students and other interested parties in your network ?
